    They don't give 1st full month free!

    When reserving the storage unit on sparefoots site the promo stated first full month free and no obligation to move in but had to lock in the offer and required a reservation so I did exactly that and reserved one. Did not say the unit Had to be paid for just reserved no matter the move in date. And now I've moved my stuff into the storage and I'm told I don't get the 1st full month free becuz I paid for and signed the paperwork after the promotion was over ! REMINDER THE SITE SAID THE UNIT HAD TO BE RESERVED NOT PAID FOR! 🥱🤬🙄

    Convenient location and friendly staff

    We moved to the Naples area from Oklahoma without a confirmed place to live because the rental market is so crazy right now, and our home is on the market back in Edmond. Since it looked like we were not going to find an unfurnished rental for a reasonable price immediately we needed to locate a storage facility to accommodate our belongings. After searching online I was contacted by an associate from Sparefoot.com who was very helpful in locating a unit for the most economical price in the area we needed. So far we are pleased with the decision to store our household goods with StoreSmart Self-Storage
