Daniel is truly the most patient, personable, informative and helpful person. He showed me various floors and units knowing the price of each. He answered 100 questions with a smile. He is a saint. I'm 68 and can be a real pain. Daniel wins the employee of the year award!

I am happy with everything. Customer service, price, space, parking, cleaning. They were so professional. I was looking for something smaller because of the price like 5x5 and I ended up with a bigger one and paying even less because of a promotion. Happy and Grateful! Thanks.

BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SIGN!

Everything went well until it was time for my first payment. I was surprised to receive a call from PS almost 10 days before my payment was due asking me if I wanted to pay. I said I would pay when the due date came. To my surprise I went to pay on March 17th (my due date and found they had put their own lock on my unit for lack of payment. When I went to the office to ask, they told me it was because I had not paid on time. I explained my due date was the 17th and they said actually the due date is one day prior. They charged me $56 for late payment. I told them this was thievery and they answered I had agreed to the terms in the long mortgage-type contract they make you sign when you rent storage. My suggestion to future renters is to be aware of the "terms and conditions" you sign as there might be hidden fees.

The staff at the public storage was very helpful but when I made the reservation and not until I was actually paying for the rental space was I informed that I would need a lock that ended up costing 20 bucks when I had a lock for free at home nor was I told that I would have to pay for insurance on the rental unit and it didn't say anything about that when I was making the reservation and I wasn't told about it until I was already paying.

I had a great experience with This facility. The staff was very helpful and the price was just right. Always check online they sometimes have better prices. I got the online price and it was cheaper.

This is a really central location and very convenient. It is easy to find and access your storage unit. However special thumbs p to the staff. Not too sure what Public Storage do but their staff are always in great mood and fun to talk to when i come to me unit. They all must be parents because they make time for my kid and always ask how is school and how she is doing. This means my youngest daughter (7) does not moan when i take her to the unit. From the very start the staff were great, they took me up showed me the different units types. From actually seeing the unit it helped me pick the one that was perfect for me. Since then they have always been helpful with whatever I need. So Kudos to them. All in all I am happy with both the cost, size of my unit and the friendly welcoming atmosphere when I visit.

Amazing customer service and great space, just a little too pricey

From the moment I came to check out one of the units, the person that helped me was very very courteous, friendly and accommodating. When I came back a couple of days later to fill out the paperwork and move in the unit, I was helped by another person and he was just as nice and efficient! I go there often to put belongings in and out of the storage, and every time I go to the office to pick up a cart, I'm greeted with a smile. Love love this place! It is also very clean and all-around a great experience. The only drawback is that it's pricey....

I have rented for close to 2 years and no problem so far, although service could be a little better. They kind of leave you on your own.
