I rented a 10 x 15 unit and the property manager, Shirley was extremely professional efficient and helpful. She she asked what I was storing made sure that based on what I had that I got an inside unit.. she made sure to show me the unit before renting it to me to make sure that it was what I needed. She went over all my options and I felt very very satisfied with complete handling of me renting the storage unit. I feel silly okay and what I need but the reason why if gave a 5 star rating is because of the way Shirley, the property manager handled the process and her courteous professional and quick handling of the rental was fantastic. I would highly recommend dealing with Shirley to anyone needing storage unit. She seemed to honestly care then I got the proper unit and it's clear to me that she takes pride in her work.

My experience with Public Storage went very well. The Customer Service provided by Shirley was excellent. I received very thorough and clear instructions, and she was very helpful by giving us good advice on storing our belongings. The property looks very clean and well kept. Only thing is there should be more dollies and carts available. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

The ladies at the front desk exemplify the definition of customer service. They are the face of this storage facility and do a fantastic job.

This was my first time renting a storage unit let alone having to store something in Florida with the humidity. Brandi was the young lady assisting me and she was able to give me a ton of information on how to keep my belongings mold and mildew free as well as guiding me to the perfect unit. I have enjoyed the entire experience so far and I am glad I choose this rental company! Thank you Brandi for going above and beyond!

Brandi recently assisted me with renting a unit. This is my second time renting at this location. The service is always great! Brandi was so nice and very professional. She made me feel comfortable by explaining all the safety and security measures of this location. The location was very clean. We have had a great experience at Public Storage. Brandi was so kind and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It's in a decent area, climate controlled, and no issues so far. They have plenty of size options. I didn't shop the rate but it was reasonable at 100.00 per month. It's now 150.00 I've been there a couple of years. I didn't shop the rate so I recommend doing that and asking what happens to rate at renewal.

This location is in an excellent area. The staff I dealt with was extremely helpful, helping me find the exact unit I was looking for. I dealt with 2 different on-site personnel as well as the regional mgr at one point and they all had a great attitude and were very helpful. I highly recommend anyone needing a unit to use the public storage. I've had a great experience with them.

explanation of contract

I moved in 6 /21/2015. I thought with the $1.00 move in and the second month paid I would have until 8/21/2015. This was not thourghly explained to me. A/fter reading the contract I found that the the next month would be due on 8/1/2015. What I learned is if you want $1.00 to count as a full month you will need to move in on the first of the month I hope the lesson I learned will be help full to any one considering Public Storage.

Highly Recommended

This was my first experience with having to rent storage space so I really didn't know what to expect. The salesperson I initially encountered was very friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. The space I ended up renting was clean and very secure. I felt confident trusting these folks with my property. At the end of my 3 month rental, I examined my property and everything was exactly in the same condition as I'd left it. If necessary, I will definitely do business with these folks again. Thanks!
