    Great customer service. Not close to entrance.

    I had excellent customer service. Facility was pretty clean. I didn't expect extra charges & agreement for insurance etc. And plan to cancel that.

    door lock app does not work

    Having to manually enter the long access code for the exterior door and then for the interior door is very inconvenient and a problem when trying to guide multiple transport carts loaded with boxes from my car to my interior storage unit. Had I realized that your "quick access" app does not work, I would not have rented the unit from you.

    Good location, 5 large carts available for customer use, 2 large elevators, clean bathrooms near the elevators, very well lit
