Quaint, only two buildings. Less traffic.

I think that my belongings will be safe there. As safe as anywhere else. Only two buildings means less traffic and coded gate which make me feel better. Clean inside my unit. Only have one issue and that's the ceiling has come loose. Didn't look too see if you could get from unit to unit or if it was center block sky the way up. We'll be checking that when I take my second load.

Great place if you need a unit . The people helped me over the phone and were awesome getting us in to a unit . Our unit was kind of dirty but that might be dude to it being empty for sometime. Didn’t take long to clean it out really quick and get unloaded .

Affordable Storage, Friendly Staff

Great Staff, answered all my questions and concerns. I was able to reserve and secure my storage before my move down. Only issue I had was it's advertised on here 10% Military Discount to Veterans, Active Duty, and Reserve as well as on another site associated with Freedom Storage. However, when I got my rental agreement it said Active Duty Only. The staff called the main office and informed me that Sparefoot is wrong and just a 3rd party biller and the other site is the old owners. Yet, the person at Sparefoot offered the discount on the phone. They still took care of me, however they need to fix this because it's misleading and false advertising.

It's been convenient, my storage is almost full may need a little more space. But I'm making do.

Some extra charges not mentioned

Was told one month free on website and told after signing contract that they couldn't find that publication and wanted me to screen shot for prof and then charged register fee and insurance fee not expected so dissatisfied with hidden charges the price drew me in and now wanting get my stuff back sooner than expected
