Great Place and Service

arrived on tuesday afternoon after my work shift. Agent at the counter was excellent. she show me the unit and explain every detail to me and anwser all my question.

Excelent. I liked very much , the process was quick and everything I needded to carry my belonging, they provided. The place Is clean and well organized. Only one thing, they need it to fix the entre door stopper. Thank you.

The only things i don't like are: the hallways are to little for two loading cars. One of the loading cars was broken and the second time we went there, they didn't remove it. I applied for a first floor and they give me a 3rd floor. It us very dificilt to get in touch with them. Plus, the hours to access the storage is up to 9. They must extend the hours.

Very clean and nice storage facility with friendly staff

We were able to walk right in on a weekday and get our unit in just a few minutes. The friendly staff escorted us to the unit so we could find it and practice the access keypad. Unit was very clean, as is the whole facility. We had to upgrade and they were quick to accommodate!

flush bolt door is broken, that means anyone can pull it open

Storage doors are broken, the mag lock for inactive door is missing, the flush bolts don't work properly! Doesn't matter if you have code can just pull it open!
