customer service was not that great. You had to call the lady at the office to help you and when she promised to send you the code to open the gate, she never did. I had to go in person to get this information.

It was so easy and fast. Very clean and safe facility!

I really like how easy it was from finding the place, paper work, moving, management and the facility!!!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m beyond satisfied, with the customer service. The young lady that handled my reservations, was one of a kind. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my prior storage space in Dallas Tx. I never met her in person unfortunately. She made my moving so organized,smoothly, and super easy. MOVING CARTS

there are not enough cart, to move boxes and furniture, people have to wait for others to start moving their stuff.

I had to decide last minute where to keep my things since hurricane was coming and I had to fly out, this storage replied me with all the information needed and next day everything worked very smoothly. So happy with their services and efficient.

I just moved into this facility and I love the cleanliness and newness! No funky weird smells and the person I dealt with in office was very patient, courteous and helpful. I am really enjoying so far my move in process is great!

If not for the efficiency of this place our stuff would probably slowly be growing mold right now. Thank God they made it easy and quick and cheap compared to the literal textbook examples of price gouging in Doral. 10/10 would recommend.
