I had a horrible experience my second trip over there to drop off my things

My second trip to drop off my items was absolutely horrible. It left me wanting to withdraw my registration at that storage and moved to another. I was so embarrassed. My roommate had brought me over there and had helped me unload my things she went out to the car to wait on me while I unloaded everything off the cart and I went and put the card up shut the door make sure everything was exactly how I left it told the lady at the front desk Meredith goodbye and the man that was working with her and told him thank you and when I got in the car my roommate was absolutely livid saying that Meredith has sent out the young man that worked with her and told him that the cart was missing and that my roommate must have taken it. So my roommate got confronted as she sat in the car and waited for me. It was absolutely hideously stupid because the car could have never been stuck in that car without it being right in front of their eyes we parked right in front of the office door and she would have had to roll it right through the office to get it out so I don't know what Meredith is thinking but it is obvious that she's not thinking clearly. I will probably never get another ride from my roommate over there ever again because of what Meredith has done.

Clean but Hot

Nice new storage location. Love drive thru aspect. Needs to provide true climate control environment. Storage is very hot inside. Needs to offer more carts for customers. One shouldn't have to run around looking for carts. This totally needs to be addressed. Office staff is very pleasant and professional.

Honestly the best decision. Cheapest price around and even better a free month to 2 months. Customer service was great super nice fast and efficient. Top it with A/C inside and parking area units with security cameras everywhere you turn. Including code gated entrance. Could ask for a better deal. The also opened recently too. Love it.
