Insecure place.

I rent 1058 space, the main door has the knob security broke, atesora the moment has not been fixed, I request urgent action to reeplace it. Please, let me know when this will be replaced, i show in person to the employee the issue and told that need be ordered. When???? Thank you.

New Storage

This storage location was very clean. Staff was helpful. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t figure out how to get my storage area so they came out and helped me with the door locks and codes

I was able to make a reservation for one dollar for first month rent. When I got to the facility two days later, they said that unit was no longer available. They did not have any units available for the deal so I ended up paying $150 more than I expected. I do not like when there are gotchas like that. Otherwise everything else went fine.

Revised Review

After speaking with management and front desk, I have to say that I am revisiting my previous rating. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and being a Property Mgr myself, I understand sometimes things happen when youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not there to correct them. Renters should be responsible and respectful enough to take care of the facility and clean up after themselves. Staff could not be nicer and I give them kudos for dealing with what they do on a daily basis.

We decided to go with this particular location because we saw that the first month was only $1 however, upon reserving and paying for the unit I was charged almost $300. I absolutely had to move into storage that day and really didn't budget nor could I afford to pay that amount the first month. I was disappointed with the price.

I have a temp controlled unit

I have a temp controlled unit. My concern is what stops someone from ripping off the bracket on the thin plywood inner door. The key lock is worthless if the bracket holding it is not secure?

Plea for a clean bathroom

I should not have to plea for a clean bathroom, its the only thing that went wrong when I arrived. The toilet looked like something that came out of a junkyard.
