I came to this location on Sunday 9/14 to store my car only to find out I had been charged $25 for a lock fee . I never received a text , e mail or call so I could come in and correct the problem . I feel this charge should be credited back to my account . This is the second time I have paid money I feel is incorrect . Ben Sch. 352-742-7277...

Very clean and great price. Good location.

Great location for us

The facility was clean and the location of our unit is good. Was a little difficult the first day to get in. The code would not work and had to go back inside a second time to get a temporary code for that day. The next time we went, everything was easy and the codes worked. One other thing, need a way to hold door open from the outside.

Almost as soon as I reserved-7 days without any commitment, gentleman from location I booked called me. His voice sounded very kind, and was courteous and helpful. Location was very clean and organized. The site was perfect to maneuver our RV. It’s in a safe area and have the ability to access through secure metal gates via our own code. The same gentleman who called me on the phone also processed our application again with the same level of courtesy. The monthly rate was great. Close proximity to our home. Overall experience was excellent. 👍👍
