Best experience I have ever had renting a storage unit, best service ever

I was looking for storage units in this particular area for a family member. I found this facility online and first sent an email, then called to confirm receipt of the email. I secured the unit online. Their process was simple. When I arrived at the office for the unit, these were the best people to work with. I could not have asked for any better service ever. If anyone needs storage space, you should contact Matt.. I have used storage units for many years and this one has them all beat, service, pricing,and terms. I highly recommend this facility.

Only problem I have went them is customer service. My dad got sick so I had to move a thousand miles to take care of them I decided that I would put my things in storage and when I can move back to Florida.. I have everything I own there in warehouse. So when. I call to pay my bill I need everyone to know how and what to do so I can my bill.. I always have to call back and 30minutes later or the next day or so.. Get everyone on the same page because people like my self have alot going to so when I call I can get the help I need...
