Good facility but Lorie makes doing business a pleasure

We have 4 units now and every time we engage with Lorrie it is a pleasure.

No Help with Rental Insurance

Had copy of rental insurance with company name. Would not accept it. Said I needed the policy number. Took picture of policy number, because I'm traveling and my wireless print isn't working in hotel room. Asked if I could bring in laptop so they could see policy. They said "no". Asked if I could use their printer. They said "no". Finally, my insurance company faxed them a copy of my policy. Also, when I got to the unit and unloaded my stuff, I realized the company lock was still on the unit. The phone had a message. No human answered Had to leave my stuff unprotected while I put in the combination to get out. Drove to the office to get help. Someone did take the lock off. When I came in to sign up, I was told I had to wear a mask. While I was getting a mask, someone came in to rent a U Haul truck. The man had many questions. So I waited about 20 minutes for him to finish. This is the only place in Fort Myers I've had to wear a mask.

They forgot a few details

Met our moving van at the facility this morning to discover a lock on our unit (no key was previously provided) and the wrong gate code. No one had told us to enter the star character at the end of the code. I was able to crack the gate code after several tries, but only because of luck. Fortunately, someone was working in the office before normal business hours and was able to remove the lock from our unit so we could start unloading. However, we'd already spent 10 minutes driving around trying to find our unit -- the unit numbers are inexplicably painted in black on the ground rather than clearly displayed at eye-level. Overall, it took us nearly 40 minutes to get started unloading from the time of arrival. But, once we got in the unit it was clean and just what we'd ordered. So, there's that.

Kayla is AMAZING!

We desperately needed to find storage space. While other facilities proved to be unreliable, Kayla stepped up to help us tie up all loose ends and had our unit waiting for us.
