Krystal is very professional & efficient. Great facility ~ very clean & easy. The staff is friendly & helpful.

Building was clean, service was excellent. 1 complaint not enough carts..

Overall. 5 star, the only complaint was not enough carts.

Miss Princess is awesome. So is her co-worker, but I forget her name.

All things considered, particularly the fact the the location is in Hurricane Ian's disaster zone, all was good. I would recommend more flat dolly's, but overall it was a smooth experience.

Only one problem that I know of

The biggest problem was that there was only one cart to take your items up to the storage unit.

Chris in customer service to Krystel in the office, every one was great! Very nice and clean facility and available carts, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders since we lost a lot of our personal items that was in our other storage unit. Thank you Cube Smart for everything.

Princess the manager was wonderful. Friendly, informational and understanding of the urgent situation of needing storage because of hurricane Ian. It was flawless from the on phone booking to the actual move in! Would recommend highly, and actually did to a few people…
