    Not secure and no customer support

    Unit was broken into. Customer service was useless. Filed police report and they were given the runaround. Stay clear.

    Perfect storage space.

    Had an issue with storage gate having a padlock and I had no combination to open. But customer service was super helpful and I was able to get combination to access my storage unit. Thank you!!
