No problems moving in

Did everything online. Unit was clean and ready when promised. Communication was perfect.

My wife and I were assisted with Shelley.

From the moment we walked in, Shelley greeted us with fantastic hospitality. She also was very friendly and helpful a day prior when I had spoken to her on the phone to get further assistance on the process. When we arrive at the office, the office was clean and demonstrated good organizational skills, but she was very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with our needs. We live in a very large community and I would be very happy to pass this information along if someone needs Storage.

Good facility for storage

The sign up and contract arrangements were quick and easy, all done online. The property manager left my key in the unit so i could access it without having to go through the office or wait. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a public bathroom located within the storage area outside, which i thought was nice. Staff was polite and price was about average. Cant really complain, it seems like a pretty good, safe place to store your belongings.

This place seems very secure. Altho the doors to the inside units are not locked.

Fernando made my move in go smoothly and efficiently! He was very friendly and professional! He escorted us to our site and assisted us in backing up our boat in our secured spot ! Cube Smart is lucky to have Fernando he is an exemplary example of customer service which is hard to find these days !!!

Flood damage

I have rented there for two years, Hurricane Ian caused almost every unit to get flooded. They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t contact renters for almost three weeks after storm and took out over 25 dumpsters full of people damaged goods ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ the insurance they make you get did not cover anything!!!! CubeSmart more worried about rent payment than customer service!!!

Fully met or exceeded our expectations.

Reservations were clear and easy, no pre-payment required. The facility was clean and brand new looking. The manager came by to offer equipment or help. Move-in was easy. Overall a very positive experience.

When I first arrived, the manager immediately opened the door and waved for me to enter. What a wonderful person! So professional, positive, organized, helpful, respectful, organized, and sincerely aimed to please! I felt like royalty! As an incredibly effective communicator, he answered all of my questions. After completing the paperwork and getting a "welcome"bag, he showed me to my storage space and let me unload my goods immediately. When I tried to give him a tip for such a wonderful experience, he politely declined yet thanked me for offering. As an honorable employee, he explained that he was not allowed to accept tips. The company's policy forbids it. No doubt, I got the best customer service ever in my life! And, I am 50 years old! I feel safe in knowing my goods are in a safe, clean, and peaceful place! Blessings! :)
