Very high standards for customer service

The manager of the location where I rented Was exceptionally helpful and patient with my wife and I. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable that our belongings are safe while they are stored here. All of the staff there were very friendly made us smile every time they saw us they keep the buildings and outside area very clean. I can't say enough about them.

Finally I found a location that's clean both the store its self as well as the units. If you despise moving the way I do and you want things to go as smooth as possible come to this location. I was greeted by Sara ( who spoke English hallelujah!!) She was fast, knowledgeable and professional. Some people hate their jobs but she had a true passion for what she dose. You don't find that type of service anymore in Miami. I called my sister right away and told her to move her stuff to this store too. I was really worried about the cost but Sara gave me plenty of options which really put my mind at ease. Never again will I waste my time and money going anywhere else. Thank you Sara for caring and treating me like I was VIP!!!!

This public storage is one of the best I have ever had to us. The staff has a grate happy attitude that makes u smile and make you feel as if you are in your own home. Fast efficient and with out a doubt the best service I have ever seen and had at a public storage facility. I love every one here for the go to attitude and the smiles that they give you.
