Not helpful

Customer service... the location manager didn't call me when I was locked in, tou cannot leave after hours you have to call customer service and that took 3 tried. You cannot opt out of insurance unless you have proof that you have homeowners insurance or another kind. Then they send you courtesy reminders that you should leave after hours. The carts were unavailable and the elevator feels unsafe. I will be moving out.

My storage facility story…

From begging to end the experience was glorious and satisfied my widest desires. The unit was spacious yet not overwhelming. The customer service representative was kind and courteous. Even the pigeon in the parking lot offered to help make my move as seamless as possible. If I could write this review in tears so that they seep from the mobile device that this review is being read.. I would. Take five stars, multiply it by a trillion and take it to the depths of infinity and you would only begin to understand the untapped, unaltered, prodigious potential of this storage facility experience.

Need Carts

One of the factors that persuaded me to rent a unit at Public Storage @ 801 Sample Road in Pompano Beach was that moving carts were furnished, but there are not nearly enough carts for the number of units at this facility. Only 2 carts on site for hundreds of units. I have a 2nd floor inside unit and cannot move stuff in and out without a cart. Must times I visit I have to wait or cannot find one at all. Otherwise I am pleased with the facility and your service.

Some officials have very little desire...

Some officials have very little desire to explain in detail how the Storage works. Especially for clients like me who speak the English language poorly. I was saved by an employee who spoke Spanish and who guided me very well

My two favorite young ladies are always smiling when I walked in the door..... Frankie & Nydia really make it fun for me to pay my bill every month..... they always keep the place nice and clean and fresh-smelling.... I just made keep my storage space empty just to come and see them because they are so nice....

Visit the public storage today and speak to Nydia, not the first time communicating with her but she's always pleasant and helpful. Excellent service.

I had a good experience with this business. Signing up for a unit, and turning over the key when I was finished was incredibly easy, and the management was friendly, cordial and accommodating. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my experience, and would recommend this business to friends and family.
