Public Storage - Deerfield Beach - 3350 SW 10th Street

Can't really say because it was a stressful day for me. But it went well.

Bettsy is an angel! She helped out a lot! I recommend she gets a bonus or a raise or both!! Thanks again Bettsy!!!

Bettsy was amazingly helpful, courteous and professional!

I experienced a few issues with the reservations that was annoying! I reserved a unit I liked and then it seemed like the reservation timed out and I lost the unit! That was extremely frustrating but in the end it all worked out.

Great !

Great ! Thank you !! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great place

Great service

Manager very good. Clean and easy access

Very clean and realize they definitely...

Very clean and realize they definitely do pest control because I saw a dead Palmetto cockroach on the floor.

Inaccurate storage dimensions

Supposed to be 10X15, but actually smaller

Excellent service

Excellent service! I was in and out in ten minutes. The lady that took care of me was professional, polite, and prepared. Couldn't have been better.

Misrepresented dimensions.

Rented a 5x10, got a 5x9 instead as they appear to measure outer dimensions, not the actual amount of storage space available to you.

out of time & space

met my needs under a short time frame. very helpful staff. clean!!!

Bad experience.I am very mad with the way those girls ...

I am very mad with the way those girls treat it me.I am a senior.I wanted to transfer to a bigger unit 2 days after I got the smaller unit.I got a special price0n line, for a bigger room,I reserved it,I go there and they are not giving it to me with the discount price. They said you have to be new customer to get the discount. Is that true?I would like for somebody to call and talk to me.A manager. Not these girls that they think they are clever. With all do respect.Thank you. 516 426 9554.My name is Angelo..Thanks again.

Very clean

Very clean, organized and friendly staff. Prices are average. I figure you pay for the convenient location.

Your associate

Your associate, Mandie, was very professional, efficient and helpful when I checked in. She gets high marks for representing your facility in a very proper manner for sure!! The entire facility, compared to numerous other storage companies, makes an excellent impression on a prospective first time renter...keep up the good work.

Enjoyable experience

Enjoyable experience, lulu and mandie is a pleasure to work with

I recieve great customer service from this location. The staff was excellent. Mirlene was very helpful, knowledgable, and showed great professionalism.

Great customer service! Mirlene the property manager was amazing, and Ang was very helpful as well! I would highly recommend this location!

They were very clean and well organized and respectable Mirlene and Ange were great to work with. I honestly recommend them.

I had a very pleasurable experience. Jory was very thorough and answered all my questions. Very happy with my choice????????????????

Mirlene was awesome!! When I called to set up a unit she was very helpful in my choice of spaces needed. When I finally arrived it was closing time and she went above and beyond to make sure i chose the right space. I truly appreciate her efforts and wish your company had more reps like her!! Thanks again Mirlene!!

Good Experience

Over all it was a good experience. I have 2 units and I'm happy with the service, but I feel like they could give a slight discount for second unit or multiple units. That would be more encouraging to get multiple units.

Affordable!!

Well received by the attendant!! Very friendly and attentive to customers. Good pricing!! Very difficult to exit yard. Only one exit and keypad not well located.
