The service by our manager was fantastic. The facility was clean and secure.

We have had a storage facility here for many years. We were thinking of downsizing but underestimated the amount of memories we had stored. We were able to keep our unit and we are truly thankful. Tiffany worked with us in conjunction with her manager and we were very pleased with the results. Tiffany was understanding, thoughtful, easy to work with and made the whole experience better.

Flooded today

Flooded today, lots of items ruined, bad day for your survey. You must provide compensation, we need a new bay. This was horrific for a 90 year old cardiac customer. This is absolutely horrifying. We just moved our contents last week into your storage. Your staff were most assistive at move in and tonite with the terrible news. I hope that you can provide compensation for our rental. This is just devastating to say the least

Tiffany helped us to arrange our unit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was working hard even being short staffed on the day we were in the office. I highly recommend renting at this location.

I came in a few weeks ago with a friend of mine who stores here. I must say that Tiffany and Christine have exceptional customer service skills. We were greeted with the greatest smiles. I can say if I ever have to use storage this will be the place that I would come to. Great job ladies!!

Last minute reservation

I had to call last minute and they gave me an appointment the same day and within one hour before they close. Amazing staff, very courteous, and professional. It"s my second time with them, and I will be loyal to them :)

Peace of mind while overseas!!

I walked into what used to be a different company, into a location that I was familiar and always did business with. I hesitated but did not have the time to look for another company as I was catching an international flight the next morning very early. But immediately as I walked in I met Cindy from the Coral Springs location on Coral Ridge, she was with a couple of other customers but greeted me courteously. As I waited I prepared my notes for travel and made a couple of phone calls. She was cheerful and extremely charming while performing her work. I felt very comfortable with having had stayed. When it was my turn she was just as accommodating and relatable to me, as she showed me my unit and I explained I would be out of the country for a few months, she made me feel comfortable that things would be safe and hassle free as I was away. And surely it has been so. I am very assured that they have looked well after my things. I have made online payments. If I had any concern which I did in regards to other people, I addressed it by email and it was resolved well and above and beyond. I am very pleased for the service I have received, and most of all the care for my things and my own personal concerns as would a family. Thank you, and a big thank you to Cindy for a job done with care and superiority!

Some Concerns:

There are a few issues that concern me. The storage units themselves- at least the one I have, has no water guard on the bottom of the door. The hallway it is located in, is very warm. I feel the heat rising as I walk down the corridor to my unit. ....It's basically a clean facility, however there are always leaks from the roof, and puddles on the floors. I am extremely concerned with water leaks. They patch some- they get more....I have asked for a water guard for the bottom of the unit door- and nothing has been done,

Excellent service

From the minute we stepped through the doors of the site on Coral Ridge Drive, we were made to feel welcome. The advice and guidance shared by the agent was educational and valued by us, as novices to this system. This experience will encourage us to return for services when needed..

Nice and clean facility with nice staff
