I am very pleased with the service provided, the cleanliness of the facility and the safety of the property.

Well maintained

We were taken care of when we reserved a unit, we were placed on 2nd floor, an a customer service rep, called an moved us to first floor because elevators were not working.No extra cost..Which shows that they also care about our storage needs. Accessible, carts were greatly appreciated.

Julie & Nick are very experienced and provided easy to understand storage unit location directions and unit accessibility to my movers. The facility itself is safe and clean - we’re very happy that we chose to store our things here.

Nice new facility

The whole experience was good. If you try to do everything online you are committed to buying their $17 lock and their insurance. If you go into their office you are immediately hit in the face with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The lady at at the counter is very nice and helpful. The facility is nice and easy to navigate, with a good freight elevator.

was alright was not until after we moved in that we found out a homeless couple lived there. also we were not told the storage hours

This storage place is a very clean business with air conditioned interior storage. A very secure area with an outer gate and security cameras. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The moving truck was a perfect end to my final move into my unit. Thank you Cube Smart for all your help and friendly atmosphere.
