Great customer service , she helped me with a last minute issue because my atv didn't fit on a 5 x 10 , no her fault but the measurements are smaller, she went above and beyond to assist me and resolve the problem.

Process was a breeze!

Reserved the unit online and 15 minutes later we were moving our things in! The employees were really nice!

The facility is very clean and very new looking. The only thumbs down is that you cannot access your unit after 9 PM or even exit the grounds after 9 PM.

price increase is exaggerated. poor customer service, no one on the premises wants to deal with customer issues. they write the number to customer service and tell you to call. the bathrooms are left uncleaned for days at a time. will not use in the future

Lights doesnt work inside , the unit was very dirty so we had to clean first before move in. Very disappointing .

Very easy to use and easy to navigate, I love the online feature, I went directly to the site it showed me all the offers then all I had to do was just look to see what size I needed it told me what was available where exactly it would be located and all the features that it would have and allowed me to reserve and secure and even pay and do everything online, and explained how everything would work and I could pre-register online or at the store and the pre-registration online makes it so easy so you just walk in and get your key and access code and you’re on your way. They also explain all the possibilities of insurance and many extra features that they have if you would like to add anything. Great customer service and I was in and out from start to finish all five minute’s. We have always used public storage and always refer it to our friends and will continue to do that! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
