    Good recovery from a dicey start

    When I went to examine my new storage unit, I was disappointed to find a giant concrete support beam in the middle of it. This had not been disclosed when I had signed up for the space. But when I went to the manager, she was most helpful. After consulting her own superior, she gave me a space the same size (at a much better location vis-à-vis the elevator and with the same discount that the original space had). After that it was all ice cream and daisies.
