Rental with a switch

Quite frankly, when I reserved this online, was totally impressed how this went. The change was when we arrived on site to put items in the unit. Unit 138 had a lock on it, and we were told it was not "ready for move in". We came 30 miles with a load, and to find this out. After customer service worked this out, we did get a different unit on the spot. This was a great reaction to our situation. Thanks for that - we were also told we'd get the climate-controlled unit for the price that we originally paid - that's great!
