Secure Self Storage at 1020 Bear Road in New Castle Delaware is a state of art storage property with 24 hour access. We are located at the intersection of Route 13 and Bear Road. Our Storage facility opened in August of 2005 and it has a great selection of drive up units and temperature controlled units. We have video camera surveillance, individual unit alarms and on-site managers. Our property is also all on the ground level, no stairs to climb to get to the second floor.     Good value

    I have only been once so far since I only just moved in 2 days ago and work. The customer service was good, lady was very friendly and helpful. My storage unit was a decent size. I will need to sweep it out a little bit I’m happy with it. They also have locks for purchase for a fair price as well.

    I wish I would have looked for something closer but I like my storage unit Friendly woman up front..:) she will make sure you are taken care of.. I would recomend them. I oly moved in a few days ago. but can update Thank you for your help

    GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    GREAT EXPERIENCE DURING A STRESSFUL TIME. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE. I ENDED UP NEEDING A EXTRA SPACE AND WAS ABLE TO RENT AN ADDITIONAL UNIT CLOSE BY MY 1ST RENTAL. GREAT EXPERIENCE

    Everyone was very helpful

    Staff was very helpful. Directions were clear and the space was easy to access. Price was fair for the 24 hour access and I feel like my things will be secure. Was very happy they have AAA discount.

    Great Experience!

    Nicki was awesome. She was able to work with me and ensuring everything went smoothly. After being on the road for over 12 hrs... she definitely made it a pleasurable experience. The facility is clean, which was important to me. Very happy we settled on this location.

    The process was easy. The service was great! The storage facility was very clean. The price was truly a bonus and well worth the space rented. It is open 24 hours and has security cameras for the safety of the customers and their property. Great place!!!
