I have been straggling to fund a good storage unit for more than 19 years

For 10 year, I have been moving from one storage to another. I had lost a lot of my belongings due to bad management storage and stuffs. I had dealt wit vandalization, water licking, mildew, mice, dust and order. I am very satisfied with .SpareFoot I can now forget all the bad experience I have going through. I am very happy with my new unit. This is my second unit and I am hopping to rent third unit. Thank you

It's worth it just for the customer service!

I live in another state. Needed a safe place to store my child's dorm room items. Great location, good price and attentive service.

The unit is much smaller than described and the real price isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pretty much a secret until you have committed. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bait and switch situation. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m only staying with them because the administration fee was so high.. will be leaving soon.

I had a great time moving in. The staff remembered me and my name and were super helpful throughout. It was simple and straightforward.

Good affordable storage option

The booking process worked good. My only issue was that I confirmed a floor level unit but it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available even after I confirmed over the phone. Ended up with a unit that requires the elevator, but overall fine.

Good Security, clean, and easy to access

This storage facility is very very clean and easy to access with loading docks and they provide moving carts to use. Also nice music is playing which helps with any type of moving stress. Elevators are very large and easy to use. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Storage unit is a bit further but also very cheap compared to most other storage units

Great option with one downside

The move-in process was really easy. They even called the day before to remind me of their hours. Price for the location in town is good. It was very clean inside and there are dollies available to roll your stuff up to your unit. The only downside is a smell of mothballs. There are no moths, but I'm afraid my things will smell bad when I take them out of the unit. I'd recommend for people storing items that don't take up smells easily.

Reasonable storage in DC

Super friendly staff, super clean facilities. My only gripe is that for as large as this place is, they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have enough trolley carts or buckets. I waited almost 25 minutes for one when I moved in.

Great storage facility

The facility was clean and had ample parking. Dollies we're readily available. Customer service was excellent and the terms of the contract were clearly explained to me.

I just moved my belongings into the unit. It seems fine so far. I will update my review of the need arises. As of now I recommend this facility.

Perfect for Student Storage

This storage facility is very well kept and the service was prompt and helpful. (especially since I am a student who is using a storage facility for the first time) The location is perfect if you're a GWU student with access to a car, because the pricing is slightly lower than units closer to campus (albeit it is a bit of a drive to get there).

Super easy move in process!

The people working the front were very easy to work with and made sure that I knew everything about storing my things and what that entails, along with helping me pick the right locks and insurance! Great service.

Friendly, Clean, and Easy to Store!

I needed a unit at the last minute, and CubeSmart was able to provide exactly what I needed. They worked with me to find the right space, the store manager is extremely friendly and detailed when showing me around the facility, and I feel that my belongings are safe and secure. Make sure that you ask what all is included in the price of the unit - you will need to purchase additional things such as a lock, insurance, a one time admin fee, etc. which will change the price that you see online. Otherwise, I've had a very positive experience!
