Prime storage offered the best price and also included a free month. It was conveniently located for me and the account creation was simple. The managers introduced themselves upon my first visit and helped me to finish up any necessary paperwork and proof of insurance. Excellent experience. I highly recommend Prime Storage in Newington, CT on Alumni Road. I would not hesitate to recommend Prime Storage in Newington to anyone looking for a great price, excellent facilities and convenient location and access times.

Simply amazing

I was knocked off my feet with the amazing service that I received I will mess with these guys any day of the week and I will love from anybody who talks to me to mess with them guys that need storage.

This location had a great first impression. I met Lisa and she is very friendly. She walked me to my unit and set me up with the gate. The unit was clean and very straight forward

Good units

Good units and customer service. The facility is pretty nice and stays open until 10:00 pm which is very helpful. They also have a code to get into the facility with an auto matic gate to boot!!

Better service than the last one i was sent to.

Good professionalism. Just upset about being forced to pay for insurance. I have used storage facilities before and NEVER had to pay for insurance.

I had never heard this facility but I’m so glad I found it.

I especially like that you drive right up to the access & exit keypads, roll down your window punch in your numbers and you’re in without having to get out of your car like other facilities. It’s easily accessible, very clean and looks brand new. I was paying more at another facility for half the space. Matthew and Hailey have been great.
