I was able to check the unit before committing. The process was seamless. The manager was friendly, helpful and attentive.

I got exactly what I needed for a very fair price while working with very professional and pleasant staff members.

We thought it would take us a couple of hours but with the trolly and ladder and the efficient way of getting in and out it took us 30 minutes!

This is my first time doing this in my 40yrs of life and the customer service was above average which was a comfort and I thank him for that. It's scary moving from one place to another. I also appreciad the dollies EMENSILEY

Great costumer service!

This storage place is very secure, and in a nice area. The space is very convenient, clean and climate controlled. The costumer server is great. They were nice and had all the answers to any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to store items wether itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s for moving purposes or just a place to store personal belongings.

Great value with just the right amount of space

My wife and I were moving into a smaller apartment with significantly less storage/closet space...needless to say we were in dire need of an economical option to store some of our "extras"....no large furniture or anything, but the usual Christmas boxes, unused dishes, snow shovels, winter clothes....Cubesmart's 5X5 locker was the perfect solution...and with a less than $20 price tag per month, it was exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly, and were so great to point out all of their safety measures. All that to say we left happy and feeling good about the decision we had made.

can't beat the price i got for a 5x5 but would have liked to have known ahead of time that it was only accessible by ladder so I could have brought someone else to help. turned out fine, i was able to get the items up there by myself. Also would have liked to have know about all the other month or initial fees ahead of time. I would have brought a copy of my home owners insurance so I wouldn't have to take there insurance.i'll bring it for next month so that fee will go away. Still a great deal. Moved in during the week so it was empty. Don't know how busy it is at other times. Conveniently located, clean facility.

I wish it was more explained on the website that I would have to climb up a huge load of stairs to get to the top facility. I stubbed and almost broke my toe moving this thing. Doors could open up instead of swing otherwise you need to move the ladder TWICE each time. There is also an admin fee that was not upfront as well as a steep insurance fee which is even more than the price of the unit!!!!!
