Friendly, professional site manager, great value

The site manager Andrea was prompt in calling to make sure I was coming to complete the reservation, because it was approaching closing time. She gave me a concise and thorough overview of relevant information while taking me through the property in the on site golf cart. She showed me the inside of the exact unit I would be renting to make sure it would fit my needs, returned to the office to complete the rental agreement and to pay. 1st month was free plus a small administrative fee, insurance is cheap for good coverage, and they allow you to purchase or bring your own lock. Only complaint is that the temperature seems to be a little High inside for me. Maybe it's just because it's been so hot out lately. But I thought it would be a little cooler inside the temperature controlled units.

I like it better than Han public storage

This was a last minute decision to book with cube smart. If our family were not in such a financial bind I probably would not care. But we are so, I will only be using there services for 2 months & then moving to a more economical storage solution for our budget if storage is still needed. As far as saving my "behind in a pinch" they were top notch!

There was a problem with communications between the agent I booked this with on line and what I actually was getting when I arrived for my unit. We had to talk with the manager to get her to make things right which she did.

All was very good but price - bit steep.

Cube Smarts ranks extremely high in Customer Service!

When we saw the original storage unit we rented we realized that it was too small. Our rep showed us a 10x15 and within 15 minutes the paperwork was signed! We couldn't have been happier. Moving was stressful but easy access to our storage unit almost made it a dream!
