I got a great deal, but concerned how long will it last. They don't allow for prepayment to hold price.

Easy process

Overall easy process, the unit numbers are exactly between neighboring doors, so can be a bit difficult to tell which unit is which

Easy online reservations I had a problem with the elevator but called Lou and she was there to help me thanks Lou

I had a slight delay with the Public Storage contactless rental, but Lou, the property mngr. Took over and got me all taken care of. Things went smoothly and she made me feel Very good about my choice to rent there.

The manager expedited my downsizing request from a large unit to a smaller one. The paperwork was quick and she offered to loan me a dolly to move my stored items. Everything was smooth and pleasant.

well was quoted one price significantly lower and when I arrived for appointment nothing available and prices were doubled! the manager did try to accommodate me the best she could, not her fault the way your system works! seriously what really is the point of reserving then? just a spot!!
