Good deal but a bit misleading

Great unit for the price. Except the whole first month is a $1 is BS. They charge you a $29.99 admin fee plus $20 for their key. Other than that, good deal I guess.

Tooo many totes on our Patio Г°ЕёЛњВЈ

Last year (2020), my mom passed away and because of the Pandemic we couldn't afford a Storage unit to put some of my mom's things in one along with the totes we already had on the Patio. So we added her things to ours. We have a 3 bdrm townhouse and one bdrm is already wall to wall, floor to ceiling with totes and some furniture from the death of my husband's mom. The next bdrm has a bed and surrounded by boxes and 2 dressers. Then there is our rm, which has a bed, dresser, 2 night stands and 2 more totes at the foot of the bed. So needless to say we had no choice but to put the excess totes on our 2 patios. The HOA apparently didn't like that so in Feb.2021 they contacted the property manager but we didn't hear from the property manager until October 2021, a couple days before my Ankle Replacement. They did give us a few weeks to get them all moved because of my situation. So we got our Storage unit. Really can't afford a storage unit but we can't lose our mom's things either. I'm so glad I found this facility because they made it so easy for me to do all this through my phone. The lady that helped me was so nice and pleasant to talk to. I just wish I could remember her name 😔. That is my storage unit story! Thank You Lori Shaffer

The gentleman that helped me at the location was kind and patient. The facility is clean and easy to access... wish the hallways were slightly wider for navigation of wider items.

Shannon was great to work with and did a great job setting me up with 2 storage units. The facility is clean with easy access to carts and elevators making moving boxes in and out a breeze.

After evaluating other locations, the choice was easy, particularly after meeting Sherrie, the property manager. Service was excellent, the quality was as needed, adding up to the right set of considerations and a great peace of mind.

We are moving close to our previous home and needed a place to store some things. My husband checked several storage facilities in the area and found this one to be most accommodating.I went back with him when this one was almost closing, but instead of asking us to come back the next day, Sherrie couldn't have been nicer. She told us the units that were available and held one for the next day (with no credit card). She explained all of the pricing and although it isn't as inexpensive as one might be led to believe, it isn't bad. When we returned the next day with a car filled with items, she even came outside and held our dog for me so that I could help my husband unload! She walked us to our unit to make sure it was what we wanted (the facility is clean, secure and convenient), and helped us choose packing material. We both highly recommend this facility and Sherrie in particular!

sherrie provided excellent customer service and property management. she was able to transfer us to a smaller neighboring unit with a lower rate. and we were able to use her broom and dustpan! thank you sherrie!

Public Storage has always been a great my #1!!!

Public Storage has always been a great company. I've used them off and on for several years. The location I'm currently using is fantastic, the office staff is so friendly, accommodating, and take lots of time to cover everything I needed. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a clean, safe, and secure facility to store your items.

Reserved space via the website - received a phone call in minutes. Process was simple, and the attendant Zack was courteous and very helpful. Rates were less than what I expected. Very positive experience.
