Great facility, difficult to move in/out with lots of items

The facility and the people thus far have been great. Moving in not as much fun and I am expecting the same moving out. The lower doors and elevator each have a 6 digit code you need to enter every time you need to use it, and you are not allowed to keep them open, which means you can only move very small loads at a time that you can fit on your cart and then you need to keep putting the codes in. This cost me an additional $300 in labor. Recommendation: for larger moves, allow to schedule a move-in / out to where the elevator and doors can be locked open to allow for a faster/smoother move process.

My only complaint is there is no customer care for after hours. We arrived 9:00:48 p.m. Not even a minute past the access time with a рџљљ load to drop off. There was no way to contact anyone to help us. The office workers were friendly upon checking in so I would recommend this location to any that have availability from 6am-9pm to move in/out.

Rock star staff and nice facilities

The staff at this particular location is amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s also got some of the best storage pricing I’ve ever seen. Also this facility is super clean and not over crowded. This facility is a bit out of the way but I’m so glad I picked it.

Fast, easy, no fuss!

I rented online, then arrived a couple of days later. All my info was there and all I had to do was buy a lock and move in. Easy peasy!

Friendly service, very informational and kind.

The lady who helped me Chera was so nice and informational. She maintained gloves and mask while she showed me to my facility and have me info on the lock etc. The overall space looks brand new as there is barely any scratches or wear, looks brand new.

Cheap prices, easy, no hassle rental experience

Was fairly satisfied with the process, was supposed to be a 1st floor unit but ended up being on the second story. Honestly- paying $44/month for a 10x15 unit that runs a minimum of $175/month anywhere else I wouldn't care if it were on the roof. Thanks sparefoot!

I went in and the manager showed me to my storage unit. She then explained to me all the building had to offer and we filled out the paperwork which didn’t take too long.
