Rachael at this location is awesome! She set me up with a 10X20 unit right where I wanted. I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes. She was friendly, helpful and I've had this unit for over 7 months now. Highly recommend this location!

Rachael was the one who helped me submit all my paperwork and get moved in, and she was super helpful and kind! She showed me the unit and took her time explaining everything so that I understood everything I was signing. I recommend her and this location to anyone who is looking for storage!

After checking several other storage places, I chose to come back to Public Storage and am so glad that I did. Their fees and costs were far less than their competitors and "spot on" when it came to what was offered online and via telephone conversations. There were no surprises, and it is extremely close to my new apartment. The manager, Rosa, has been a godsend. She went over everything in minute detail; took me through the site, showing me various storage unit for comparison, etc. I have received not only follow-up emails but phone calls too to ensure that everything is working out well for me and if there are any issues or need to downsize or upsize it can be done with little or no effort at all. Also, when there was an issue with my lock I was contacted immediately and the problem was handled professionally and the safety of my belongings seemed to be the priority. I have already recommended this location to other residents in my apartment complex as well as family members in case they have storage needs as well. I couldn't be more pleased and am thankful I made the decision to rent with Public Storage. Thank you so much.
