GREAT SERVICE GREAT FACILITY

I CANNOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PUBLIC STORAGE. STARTING FROM THE INITIAL SETUP ALL THE WAY TO THE MOVE IN AND FOLLOW UP CONTACT AFTER I MOVED IN. THE STORAGE UNIT FIT MY NEEDS AND IF IN THE FUTURE I DON'T NEED SUCH A BIG SPACE, I CAN SCALE DOWN WITH OUT A BIG HASSLE. ALSO CALLED TODAY ABOUT UPDATING MY INSURANCE ON THE UNIT AND THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED TO DO NEXT MONTH. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND IF YOU NEED A STORAGE UNIT, I 100% ENDORSE THIS LOCATION!!!

Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait to see and rent a unit. When you look at their website and see an online discount, use it because what they do not tell you is that you have to have insurance that is from $12-$15 a month depending on the value of your stuff. Motion sensored cameras, unique gate code, storage locks provided make the rating higher. Lots of different sized storage units for all your needs.

Bad experience all around

Customer service could be better. I rented online, it never said anything about making an appointment or that I rented a "business unit " (which was first month free) got there and was told those units flood when it rains.....seriously? !? And of course how convenient all the other ones didnt have the first month free. I've never had to make an appointment to rent a storage. Had to wait over an hour in the parking lot because I didn't have an appointment. Yet I had called a few times and left a message and could never get anyone to answer the phone. Honestly I would never rent from this location again. Can't wait until I can move my stuff out.

Public Storage treated us with respect ...

Public Storage treated us with respect and listened to our needs. We found a great storage unit for a fair price. The staff was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. We were even able to joke around with the front desk associate. Only drawback is minor nuisance: bumpy service roads inside facility, which can make moving large trailers of fragile items cumbersome.

Bob was very helpful. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

I will keep using this location as my storage place forever. Yesterday was a horrible day for me on top of everything else that has been going on and JESSICA helped me get through it. Found me a unit for the money I had on hand and made the whole experience a whole lot better for me, she even helped me haul some boxes and bags back to my unit. She was a life saver yesterday and she was so kind and friendly, it made everything go a lot better. I'd recommend this location to my friends and family, AS long as they rent from Jessica. Thanks again Jessica for all your help and making my day a lot easier.

The first place I went didn't have what I needed. But they searched around for me and found one for me. When I got to the new place they had everything ready for me and it was fast and easy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
