Mary was very nice and helpful.

This facility is very secure and clean as well as maintained and affordable. I appreciated the great customer service that Mary offered and would highly recommend this particular location to everyone that is in need of storage and any kind of proper placements of extra things that need to be stored for any reason. Also a great area of this Part of town tobe located in the lower downtown capital district right by Coors field the location and the service couldn't get much better . Thank you Mary You're Service is Out standing.!

Not worth the money

Rude customer service from both the property manager and district manager. NOT climate controlled, sweltering in the summer, frozen in the winter. old building with paint chips that fall from the walls and get into all your stuff.

Hidden fees are a scam

I wish they would be honest when I specifically asked about "the total move-in cost". I asked twice. I ended up paying over three times the amount I was told.

The Labor Day Special price was great

The Labor Day Special price was great; the location is great; the unit looks fine and seems okay after having had a leaky pipe replaced; the staff were helpful, but maybe just a tad grumpy/moody; overall a good experience, and I would recommend it.

Staff was wonderful. Storage unit was well worth the price considering the size.

Awesome, but the elevator...

Everything was easy and everyone was friendly - the price is right and the location works well for me. I wish the access hours were later during the week though, as the elevator was down Sunday when I booked and I haven't been able to sneak out of work early enough to finish this week. When I did cruise over on my lunch break the elevator was broken again!

Recommend new aurora location!

I visited the Coors Field location as I was satisfied with them I'm the past. The unit I was looking for was unavailable but the very helpful employee pointed me to a new location that is climate controlled just a short drive away. I am very impressed with this facility and its prices! The property managers there were very friendly and helpful as well. Could not have had an easier experience.

Kristin and Rick are very helpful and courteous. Rick is old and Kristin is sweet.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable about the products the company offers to its customers, clean and easy to access.

Overall great experience in a stressful situation aka moving. Clean facilities, great prices, and very helpful and attentive staff. Jesse at this facility helped register me and he made this process seamless. I wanted to thank him and all the staff for being so pleasant.

Covenant storage

This IS A first time thing for me and the gentleman that got me set up took less then ten minutes. On top of that I was given a tour to the storage locker I needed and the space was perfect! It I needed to it could easily fit more items. Also it is located just a few blocks from where I am staying. I couldn't be happier and to add to that, the monthly rate is affordable. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone, its well worth the time and money. Thank you PS!

So amazingly helpful

With the help of Rick at Public Storage he made my last minute move so helpful and stress free. I def recommend this place to everyone. They are also clean very well secured and friendly. Everytime I've been there no matter who is working each and every staff member is respectful and friendly.
