Easy process

The worker that helped sign us in was very good. Explained things well and throughly. Was courteous and friendly . We experienced no problems.

303 storage saved the day!!!Thank god

I had what i can only describe as a nightmare situation with some movers i found on craigslist. They literally left me in the parking lot of 303 storage at 10 pm one night since someone from sparefoot directed me there telling me not to worry they would be open. The sparefoot guy lied, and so the mover guy who charged me 440 dollars to move a studio into the parking lot of 303. Rory Carpenter was the mover and how he left me like that iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll never understand. I sat there unable to call anyone bc my phone had died, but at about 3 hours luckily the manager of 303 has insomnia, he came and took one look at the parking lot full of things and me and my little dog and made the right quick decision of allowing me to use the storage that was not behind the locked gate until the morning, which was all i needed to be out of that nightmare and for real it was sketchy. it was so terrible and303 management had a solution immediately and made me feel safe, thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what matters to me. I am a disabled female with a head injury and i was treated with kindness and compassion,when truly i looked like a crazy lady. the following day they upgraded my unit free of charge to fix sparefoots huge error. itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s scary putting your trust in anyone these days but this place i trust! the management is on point and clean and i actually feel like 303 is a godsend for me!

I loved how easy the process went! Registered and moved in same day. Ray was very helpful and professional. Showed me the unit, helped with the lock. Quick and clear !

The Place for storage

In need of a storage unit quickly, I hopped on over to 303 Broadway. Dave in the front office was great. Answered all my questions and was extremely helping me select the perfect unit. If you want a place that makes storing easy and stress free, 303 Broadway is the place!!
