    Reserved at a good price for the size unit.

    The reserving process was simple and I secured a large unit at a decent price. The instructions were emailed to me and we were able to access the unit easily. Driving through the facility was a little confusing and the unit itself was a bit dirty, but aren't they all?

    Excellent service; paperwork not so much

    Reserved online and couldn't sign up as our business, so I just signed up personally. But the woman who ran the place was extremely helpful despite being very busy at the moment and we'll switch it to the corporate identity at a time when she isn't besieged by other customers.

    Quality Facility

    I reserved my unit online, and decided to store here because it was one of the most reasonably priced storage places I could fine (should expect to pay almost double in the Denver area). There were no problems with check-in, and I moved my stuff in the next day. The area is also very nice, so I feel like the things I decided to store will be safe. The gates were broken when I moved in, but according to the managers those should be fixed shortly.

    Be prepared to buy a lock and insurance

    Tried to present my own insurance they required us to buy their insurance. The phone representative did not say this would be the case so more money than expected as well as the lock cost. Better to know iup front

    Storage unit is good but the customer service was really poor

    I really like the unit. It is clean and secure. However, checking into it took over 90 minutes. The staff were unorganized and did not seem to know how to use the computer to create the proper bill. I think it was under new ownership so hopefully will improve!

    Friendly and accommodating

    Excellent customer service. I appreciated that they had all the supplies that I might need on site: packing tape and boxes, locks for the storage unit, bubble wrap, etc. Will make things very convenient.

    Fills a need

    Storage space is sometimes a necessity. I like the hours of access to your rented unit, and it's daily--not closed on holidays. The one thing that made me uncomfortable was the way a new employee in the office was being trained. He was treated with no respect or he was completely ignored. As i may interact with him in the future, why not introduce and include him in our interaction, even if he is only observing? Perhaps this facility should consider giving customers their access codes on a bigger piece of paper, or on their contract--not on just a post-it note. If these areas are addressed, this facility might earn more than an average rating from me.
