I ran into a disaster family moving from Arizona to find out house was no way near ready. A truck was coming that evening with all furniture. They had a unit for monthly explained situation. Was out of the office with a clean storage & lock in 20min. Will definitely use them again.

Michael Kramer answered the phone. He was VERY helpful! When I got there, the great service continued! He explained & demonstrated all of the necessary paperwork, costs & procedures correctly & in detail. He obviously knows his job VERY well & enjoys it. I can't imagine ANYBODY better! The place? Mike was more than helpful, taking time to answer all of my questions. 10x20 looked small to me, but Mike assured me my things would fit and pointed out that the unit had a very high ceiling.

Happy Switch

I’d been at another storage facility for about 6 months and was looking to downsize to save money. Mini-U’s price was significantly cheaper than where I was at. They even had a truck I could use for free! The two than ran the store were extremely nice and I got a lock for free as well! Also there were carts to use which made my move in so much less strenuous and honestly pretty speedy. I was even offered free boxes and free shelving if I needed either. I feel great about the shift and grateful I found mini-u. And it’s just around the corner!
