It turns out that I had a reservation for a parking space not a storage space. Stapleton still gave me the internet rate on the storage I was looking for and followed up with me and we straightened everything out. No attitude, irritation or back lash. Just professionalism, politeness and kindness. So even with my mistake things are look very good.

Unintended price rise.

When i arrived I wasn't in their system and had to take the higher price charge. It went up more than an hundred dollars.

Good customer service very helpful and understanding

Does young lady that I worked with she was very nice very respectful very understanding she got straight to the point she told me all of the rules on the regulations of having the storage I liked it because I also had a light in there for at night time when you can't see and actually like an outlet to where I could plug in my phone if it were to die. I also like the fact that it's drive up access and that it's open till 9:00 the pricing was a little expensive compared to the other units that I have had but they're very clean. If I were to recommend any storage I would recommend this one.

Bargain storage units

I had a excellent experience with moving in to Stapleton Storage. They had the most reasonable price in the area. Justine in the office was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Stapleton Storage to anyone looking around that area.

The storage units are set back off the main road, so that's nice. They're very well priced. Best value for your money that I've found. The staff were all very nice. I'd definitely recommend Stapleton Storage to anyone.

Dirt, bugs, and mice.

This place is incredibly cheap. Not necessarily in a good way. The lot is full of cracks and pot holes. Although they sweep the lot it doesn't make much of a difference with all the cracks and potholes. There are bugs and mice all over the place. The gates don't work half the time. What to see something funny. Go into the office and look at the big TV behind the desk. Most of the cameras don't work. There are homeless people living all over this place.

The employee was very helpful and kind. The whole process was very straightforward. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a storage facility.

Everything has been really good so far! No complaints.

renting a parking spot.

the spots are not assigned, its just what ever space is available, also no lines so you just guess where to park. can be annoying when other tenants park incorrectly and take two spots.

I was looking for a storage unit not too far from my house and wanted the convenience of being able to drive right to the door of my unit rather than carting things in and out of an elevator. When I went to Stapleton to check it out I was impressed with the way John greeted me and showed me all the options/prices available. The complex is clean and secure, and the price was reasonable compared to others. I didn't need to look any further and have been pleased with my choice.

I Like Stapleton Storage because i know my belongings will be safe.and the property is clean its Location easy to find and is ran on a quiet street unlike some storage companies that are in high traffic areas that are loud and noisy with a lot of foot traffic. the size of the units are great for the prices also.the staff is pretty cool also!
