Office staff made it so easy

Lisa may think so easy and so awesome for us we have a special needs situation and everybody was so wonderful the truck running was easy the pricing was wonderful but the room is is great everything was just great it was just an easy experience for us

Rv space

The couple that helped me were so nice. Very professional and clear with instructions. Large facility, felt quite safe. Very good price for the location, actually quite reasonable.

As I was getting my first storage unit, Manny was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. It was the reason why I chose Mini U Storage and I’m glad that I did. He even guided me to a cheaper unit because I didn’t need the larger unit that I had already reserved.

I was so grateful to have stumbled across this facility 3 years ago. Being a first time renter, I knew nothing. They walked me through every step of the way figuring the size of storage, the insurance, free truck rental, automatic payments, ways to save money. They are fantastic! Three years later, when it was time to move out, I received the exact same excellent customer service once again. Free truck rental, keys drop off after hours, It was a piece of cake. Now 10 months later, I find myself needing storage again, I jumped on the computer, made my reservation and start date. It was that easy. I look forward to returning to Minu U storage, Goldenwest
