rough start with some misunderstandings (outside does NOT mean ground level)..but after much communication and effort ..PS not only fixed it...they improved the situation. and when you're moving a 2000sqfoot house, arranging movers and storage without having a new place to move..you need ALL the help andpatience you can get. thank you! i suggest you buy THEIR lock and forgo extra insurance, but that's me. oh and buy that wardrobe box!

Having been a long time Public Storage customer in many locations, I've had an opportunity to meet many folks that represent Public a Storage.
