Great Facility - Should Have Easier Access to Carts for Transport

I love this place - it is close - the people are nice - the facility is clean. But due to people who do not return keys, they have enacted a policy that you have to walk into the office and request a key for a cart to transport belongings to a storage unit, which becomes a hassle when you go to get a key and the staff is out on the property showing units or taking care of their chores. I made 6 trips in 1 day, so it was a hassle beyond belief. At one point, I waited 20 minutes just to return the key and that is an inconvenience. Other than that - great facility and storage and prices!!!! I probably won't qualify for the Amazon gift card at this point, but for being honest, it would be nice if I did.

The office staff are friendly and helpful. Units are clean. The the faculty is large. Just be prepared to be blocked in by the rude customers. But jerks are everywhere.

possibly recommend...lack of moving cart availability...

as above...just reserved and moved in...three times ,2 times no carts available....real pain trying to maneuver items thru the maze of halls.

Clean and secure

The facility is clean and secure, the staff is extremely nice and they remember you. Only thing I wish was different was I wish they had later hours but other than that I really like this storage facility

Helpful Staff

Staff made this process simple and safe. I observed staff was trained and followed social distancing procedures. Staff emailed me the forms and called me. We went through everything and used docusign. Facility is very clean

convenient location & very clean

I'm moving and didn't expect to carry much of my stuff to the new place so i decided to just get the storage unit the same day i made the reservation. The location is very convenient for me and the facility is very nice and clean. I will have a chance to barrow a truck or van to move my stuff free of charge for 1 time use.

Secure, Clean & Easy Small Unit Affordability

I had a great experience and all because of Corbyn. Corbyn does a great job when it comes to his customer service, the storage is fresh, cleaned, doesn't smell or have wear and the sliding door is firm and working well on my unit. I was actually shopping places and Corbyn sealed me into a deal with his personality and good work ethic, I did go with this place over the competition who had better price, better hours. As a customer toward other customers treat this place good so we don't have to pay for insurance on our units 🤦🏿‍♂️

I-5 Storage is very clean and organized. The manager is very professional and pleasant which makes a move less stressful!
