Very bad experience, the information on the things I needed to store my motorhome was not in line with what the place asked me for, and I received very poor service there.

This facility is right in my neighborhood and easy to get to thank you

Robin is very nice. I was in and out in no time with a new unit. Will be using cube smart for all my storage needs going forward.

This place sucks

When I got there on the day of my reservation the office was closed. With no notice, no note on the door. I had to call the 1888 number to be told they werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t in due to not enough staff. Again no one sent a message especially to those that had to check in. I had my own lock but had to pay for one of you alls due to no staff being availble. There was a weird man inside of the storage looking drunk and clearly masterbating. My children were horrified as well as myself. Again ko staff so who do we complain too? He kept saying that he had the code but couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give it to us. Made me so uncomfortable. So I had to pay for a lock to get in. Then the map was the worse to find my unit. Again no help and it took over 45 min just to find the unit. Got in dark as hell, no lights . Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s such a dirty dark space. I hate that I needed a place to store myself because I would HAVE NEVER CHOSE this place had I known what I was in store for. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so dissatisfied and hope I can move my things soon.

There's an opportunity to improve management skills at this facility

We have a storage unit, primarily to store things we buy at auction in order to resell. Thus requiring frequent visits. The manager 'Jackie' has a training opportunity, that if addressed could improve her overall management skils. A focus on communication and the ability to get others to buy in to the information she is attempting to convey is sorely needed. Without this additional training this facility will continue to breed resentment amongst it's customers which leads to less business growth and certainly doesn't assist with the rash of burglarized units of late. Additionally it should be noted that "doing rounds at your facility" can be perceived as harassment when the manager drives by on her golf cart no less than five times in a 15-20 minute period...no greeting, no verbal exchange of any sort. Nothing but a condescending look. I'm on the verge of taking my business elsewhere as ive witnessed this manager using appropriate behavior and tone with others. If thesed opportunities are not of a training nature then it could be viewed as a manner of profiling, which, of course, is completely unacceptable.
