    Easy Process & Good customer service

    The online process was easy to select a unit and also process the paperwork. I also called customer service to get clarity and they were very helpful. On site the young man at office was kind empathetic and service oriented professional.

    Awesome Experience So Far!

    Need a storage unit between moves and this place checks off many boxes! Excuse the pun!!! Seriously great customer service, clean facility and awesome security measures. Highly recommend this establishment.

    Great customer service!

    I work in customer service, so this is a huge deal to me, and I have to say, the man that helped us was amazing! I don’t remember his name, but he was awesome! I am very happy to have this place to store all of our extra stuff! Thank you so much for your outstanding service!!

    Quick and Easy

    Awesome

    We had rented with another storage facility in Morgan Hill. There was a concern it might not be big enough, they did not help us at all. But I found this storage facility in replacement bigger, better price, better service, online signing. It was what we needed!!! Thank you.

    New and clean. Very secure location with good customer service.

    New units and storage facility. Very good location with very good customer service. Only drawback-common all over the Bay Area-is price is a high, however they are cheaper than almost anywhere else.
