I found this facility very clean and had a friendly customer service gentleman at the front desk.

This is my first time in 43years that I gotten a storage unit and chose this one because of location, price , and since it’s brand new I figured it would have some good promotional deals which they do. Very pleased by the cleanliness and convenience to access. I would recommend this place.

I got a good price online n when I went Ruby was such a great help. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. During the stress of moving it wasn't so bad. Not much parking after the gate so be prepared.

I went online to find a facility, and this location was perfect. Near a freeway, clean and excellent security. The customer service by Taylor and Ximena was outstanding.

I thought having storage on the 2nd floor would be hard to move into. They made it very convenience with parking in front of the elevatory and a dolly for me to take my boxes right up to the storage space.

Bring own dolly or moving cart.

State of art security with attentive staff. Only complaint is facility provided carts are available to use ONLY during office hours and are small and wimpy. Not commercial grade at all. Surprising after the expensive structure and monthly rents to provide such cheap carts and limit their availability does not make sense.

Maria and Monica is awesome. They were very helpful on explaining how everything work to get a storage and guidance for how there systems work. Monica got me a best deal and space they I wanted. Maria guide me through my storage unit and how security work for entree and exit. My experience is wonderful with these 2 lady being front desk.

Amazing customer service.

Beautiful new storage facility with good pricing on large unit. They even had a move in special for the first 2 months on a large unit. Friendly staff to give a tour and set you up with what you need.
