Elevator needs repairs

Elevator seen like you can get stuck in it. Needs repair and too slow.

Everything is perfect as long as the rent does not go up.

100% satisfied upon move in. My one and only concern is rent increase.

Hassle Free Move-in with clean facility

In a search for storage units, I did visit many but none like Saf Storage with clean facility, hassle free registration and great customer service. With 3 months 50% of, providing vehicle for Move-in and move-in helpers this is the best bet. Appreciate all the help from Michael (manager), Alex and another Michael who helped to move in. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Good price considering

Price is good, service is good. Location is skeptical, it is close to a recycling center, and no offense but there are many homeless at that area.

The app to get into the place doesn't work.

I have two PS Storage places. The one at the this location and one on Tully. The app doesn't work at either one. It did work at the Tully location but now it doesn't and they haven't fixed it.

Friendly service. Was very quick and proficient in addressing any questions. Total time I had to spend setting up my locker was less than an hour.

Great storage with terrible hours

Being open only until 6pm is the one thing I do not like about this location. The staff is great and the upkeep is too! I just do not care for the time restrictions for this location.

I've been doing bussiness at this particular location and Julia who manages this place along with the rest of the crew Teresa ..Mary..Sheila and Brian have been always helpful every time ive ever needed to lease a unit ....dispose of some small trash bags or report a break in...whatever the case maybe they all put their best foot forward in helping me through any situation i might ve found myself in.
