getting in thru process was fine

THIS ROOM IS TRASH....FLOOR BACK OF DOOR WALLS COVERED IN BLACK POWDER TAR...IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE....THEY REDID THE OUTSIDE TAR PAVEMENT AND THE TAR DUST HAS DESTROYED ALL......I WAS TRYEN TO CLEAN THE INSIDE OF DOOR AND HAD IT HALFWAY DOWN AND SOME BOSSY RUDE PERSON THAT WORKS HERE YELLS I CAN NEVER CLOSE DOOR IF I AM INSIDE OPENS IT UP...I TOLD HIM I CLEANING....HE DIDNT HEAR ONE WORD....HE HAD HEADFONES IN....JUST KEPT YELLING HOW HES PUTTING IT IN MY FILE ON REPORT.....I SENT CORPARATE A EMAIL.....THEY NOT RESPOND....HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS IS INSANE.....IF U TRY TO CLEAN THEY WRITE U UP AND IF U GET TO MANY WRITE UPS U GET THROWN OUT??????.....LIKE A CIRCLE TO STEAL MY MONEY.....

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a unit here for the past 3 years and same completely happy with the services. I needed a larger unit and they were extremely accommodating, finding me what I needed. I have always found the upkeep of the site excellent, always really clean!

Close, easily accessible and even has a light in it!

I am happy with this facility: close to where I live, the actual unit is easily accessible, open from 6 am to 10 pm every day, and I especially appreciate the light. One tiny thing--in both entries, the concrete posts make it hard to punch in the code from my car, and/or I have to be very careful not to scratch my car. Other places have the code box planted into a concrete post, and it is easier to access but still safe from being hit by a car.

70 years old, disabled, got evicted and needed storage quickly at a reasonable price. From the moment I arrived Cricket did an excellent job of getting me set up. Even though I got an inside unit, it is easily accessible!
