Problems moving in, mostly due to Sparefoot miscommunication

If you are reading this, you can use Sparefoot as a pricing comparison platform, but DO NOT rely on them for any information about the actual storage facility! I asked specific questions that were incorrect. This review is mostly concerning communication around move-in. - Was not told over the phone that were was a mandatory minimum $12/mo. insurance fee added on to the monthly fee. - Was incorrectly told over the phone that I could provide my own lock. When I brought it to the facility I learned that you must buy a cylinder lock for about $20. - It took WAY longer than expected to move in. I called in advance to MAKE SURE there would be someone in the office when I arrived and there was not. I got there at 3 p.m. and there was a sign that said they would be back at 3:15 p.m. They were on lunch. I understand that people need to take a legally required lunch break but this was not told to me over the phone, as I would have planned accordingly. I had movers waiting in the van, making my move-in more expensive. - Once they opened up, they told me Sparefoot did not have correct information. They also did not have a unit waiting for me. I had to leave movers in my van waiting while we walked around the very large facility looking for an available space. - The office hours and facility access hours Sparefoot provided were also incorrect. - In general the actual storage facility is a good value, clean, and suits my needs, but the problems with the reservation system with Sparefoot need to be addressed so others moving in don't have the same problems I did.

Don't raise rental fee!

Everything seems great except after reading some reviews that rental fees may be raised which caused some people to be upset, I hope this won't happen in this terrible economic times; Otherwise I'd have to vacate when that happens!

Clean, safe space for our RV & dump station, too.

Woman at desk was very helpful Unit was wet inside we winder if it will have flooding issues ? We had to sweep up before unpacking

An easy experience

Billie welcomed us and made the transition comfortable, though this kind of move can be a challenge. Our only suggestion would be to mark the many aisles of units. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit of a maze and can get confusing.

the people including manger Johnathan, Eric and the woman whose name i missed are very helpful and friendly. The new building is clean and easy to navigate.

The customer service from Jonathan was awesome

Jonathan made the overall process very smooth and easy. The facility was very new and clean.
