    Fast, clean, easy paperwork, pleasant staff, knowledgeable

    The renting of my storage unit was a breeze, many choices. Online, in person or some of both. In addition to very reasonable rates they included 50% off first 3 months. The woman who helped knowledgeable and very good at her job. Id recommend them any one who need extra space. Very Very clean and secure.

    Customer service was great! The girl in the office the day I got this was very friendly & she was able to work with me to get my storage unit super cheap!     Smooth from beginning to end

    Spectacular facility

    After searching most of Modesto found this beautiful storage facility. I actually had reserved a storage here but was trying to find one somewhat cheaper. I'm so glad I didn't. I met the manager Michael and employee Cheryl. Both the loveliest people to deal with. Very personable, kind, knowledgeable and just all around good people. They know everything about the facility and they not only tell you about it but show you. Michael gave me ideas on how to set mine up to make it easier to get into things.
