    Yes I wood very convenient

    I love that I was able to do everything online they had my storage unit open with the lock ready for me just to move on in easy access to the gates and very convenient and everything was just ready for me

    Climate is not being kept at 80

    I have only been to the unit twice and both times it was hotter than 80. The first time it was around 90. My car read 84 and it was hotter on the 3rd floor, about 90. I have since put a thermometer in my unit. It was 82, which was the same as the outside temperature. This is supposed to be a climate controlled unit kept at 80 degrees or less. Also, the first night I was there someone had urinated in the elevator. I also saw a homeless person with dirty tattered clothes trying to sneak out. He must've stuck in somehow. When I was there Thursday, the door to go out did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get another unit, but unless some serious changes are made, I will be removing my items once I move into my new apartment.

    Very clean and great customer service

    Super clean and the customer service was great and the overall experience as far as paying for a unit was super fast and easy would highly recommend
