    I’m by getting beat down there

    These people re b crooks. Here they are renting. 5x10 on the 1st floor for $80 a month which is great. But b on the other hand me, I’m pay $130 a month and b with late fees which I get every month since I don’t make enough to cover the cost of its inflation. I pay $150 a month. But they won’t change my rates. I need the storage though

    He was accommodating & courteous of customers

    My first day of inquiry had IT malfunction but Branch Mgr was kind to assist & inform policies. Next day branch mgr despite the computer gliche , was also persistent to help & had a goal to make sure that i got the unit right . kudos to cubesmart staffs!

    BROKEN Main Front door to Building D.

    The main two doors to building D do not shut properly. There is a big dent in the left door, which looks like someone tried to kick the door in. I tried shutting the left door first then the right door, then vice-versa. I ended up slamming my middle finger and it bled. Please repair the main door ASAP as it doesn't feel secure at all.

    Shockingly narrow

    I purchased a storage space for an rv, the price was very reasonable for the area, so I expected concessions. Well, when I arrived, I was shocked to see that my storage space wasnt actually a parking space at all, but the leftover space between two overhangs that someone had decided to mark as a parking space. There was about 4” of clearance on wither side of my trailer, and if I hadnt been in a time crunch I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. It was extremely fortunate that I didnt damage someone elses unit while trying to park, I did damage my own, I will need to purchase a new ladder, because mine is now destroyed, renter beware, ask about your unit before paying.
